Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions of use (to be referred to below as the ‘Terms and Conditions’) govern every and all use of the Service and the Online Platform as de ned below. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully so that you, the user, know your rights and obligations when you use the Service. You can download and print this document.


Credit Card — We accept payments via credit cards. All transactions are secured with 128bit SSL encryption. We ensure protected and safe transactions for an assured shopping experience.

PayPal — We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us. Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.


NAKANISHI® 1928 does not deal with insurance providers directly; however receipt can be requested for your personal use when applying for reimbursements.


If you need to change your order please send us your request via email at sales@nakanishi1928.com as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has BEEN SHIPPED.


Due to the warehouse reasons, NAKANISHI® 1928 will send the order from Asia Pacific Distribution Office beginning December 1st, 2017. The shipping costs will be the same to every country, which is set at USD35 per pair.

NAKANISHI® 1928 ships order packages from Monday to Friday. Since we are a small company producing handcrafted eyewear pieces, it may take between two (2) to three (3) days to process your order and shipment.

Receiving notification that your order has been shipped and receiving a tracking number doesn’t mean that your order has left our building. this is because our first step in shipping is to create the shipping document, which then triggers a notification that your order has been shipped. Once your order has been scanned by the express delivery services, then your order will then be officially shipped.

All packages are shipped using express delivery services and tracking numbers will be provided via email. Customer is responsible for any additional charges on rejected packages.

All shipping times are based on estimated slated times and NAKANISHI® 1928 is not responsible for “late” delivery of any order/s. We are producing eyewear in small batches on a daily basis and we are doing the best we can to produce the most beautiful piece for you.

NAKANISHI® 1928 will provide tracking number for every order.

We ship internationally to nearly anywhere via express delivery services. Rates are calculated on the website at time of ‘checkout’. NAKANISHI® 1928 is not responsible for custom taxes or fees incurred from importing goods.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, items will be held until the customer pays the return shipping costs.


NAKANISHI® 1928 products are made from the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship. Return and Refunds are not possible because all of our items are made in very limited quantity. Exchanges may be accepted only if:

  • The item has not been worn
  • All items including the sunglasses, case and cloth are returned
  • The item is free of any damage caused by the customer
  • The item is shipped back in its original packaging

Customers will assume responsibility for exchange shipping charges. NAKANISHI® 1928 will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of exchange package(s) lost in transit without proof of delivery to the NAKANISHI® 1928 office. All exchange orders must be shipped back within seven (7) days of the receipt date of the package.

Customers will assume responsibility for exchange shipping charges. NAKANISHI® 1928 will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the NAKANISHI® 1928 office.


Your return may be subject to a restocking fee, applied at our discretion, of up to 20% of the cost of the goods being returned. When required this is necessary to cover credit card-transaction fees and other costs incurred during processing.

Price adjustments if within seven (7) days of purchase NAKANISHI® 1928 discounts an item from regular retail price, we are happy to provide a price adjustment to our customers. NAKANISHI® 1928 abides lawfully to the Personal Data Protection Act. We may process personal data for the implementation and enforcement of its terms and Conditions. For instance, when: (i) checking whether Users can comply with their payment obligations as well as checking all of the facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion and/or execution of the agreement; (ii) removing, reducing or changing user Material on the Online Platform; (iii) using User Material for promotional, ling or other purposes, in accordance with the license acquired in the terms and Conditions; and (iv) taking measures connected to actions that are conflict with the Terms and Conditions.
